Turnkey PCBA — Components, Assembly, Testing, Managed

Turnkey means you hand us the design and we coordinate everything else: fabricating the boards if needed, buying the components, getting the boards assembled, and organizing testing — as one package with one point of contact. You don’t chase parts or coordinate suppliers; we do, and we keep you informed.

Turnkey shouldn’t mean you hand over and go quiet. You’ll see the project as it moves — parts sourced, boards fabricated or supplied, assembly done, tests passed — and you approve before production runs and before shipment.

What’s included in a turnkey project

  • PCB fabrication coordination (bare boards, if you don’t supply them)
  • Component sourcing & kitting against your BOM
  • Assembly (SMT and/or through-hole) at a fitting manufacturing partner
  • Testing & quality checks (see /pcba/testing-qc/)
  • Delivery coordination
  • Transparent breakdown of what’s included — no surprise line items

When turnkey makes sense

You want one quote and one responsible partner rather than juggling a parts distributor and two or three factories yourself.

Common questions

  • What’s the difference between turnkey and consignment?

Turnkey = we source and manage the components. Consignment = you supply parts, we coordinate assembly. We can do either — turnkey is usually less work for you.

  • How do I know the components are genuine?

Sourcing from reliable channels and verifying against your BOM is part of the job. If a part raises sourcing risk, we flag it before buying.
