The product is yours. We develop and manufacture your product; we don’t claim ownership of your product idea or your design. Your idea, design files, BOM and project documentation remain yours. If you need confidentiality before sharing your project, we can sign an NDA before you send anything.

Common questions
I only have a product idea. Can you help?
Yes — that’s where most projects start. Tell us what the product should do and who it’s for. We turn that into requirements, then into electronics, a PCB and a prototype — and take it through to volume production. You don’t need a design file to begin.
Can you develop without existing design files?
Yes. We develop from a use scenario or a written requirement. Design files are usually something that comes out of the process, not something you need before it starts.
What happens from concept to prototype?
We define the requirements with you, our team develops the electronics and the PCB, and we build and validate a prototype. What the prototype proves — and what it doesn’t — is reported honestly before anything moves toward volume production.
How do you support existing designs?
Send your Gerber, BOM, schematics or a sample. We review them for manufacturability, tell you what’s missing or risky, and take the project into manufacturing through the same flow.
Do you work as an OEM, ODM or private label partner?
Yes — all three describe how a project is run with us. As an OEM partner you bring the design or the specification, and the product is built to it and ships under your brand; as an ODM partner our product development team develops the product from your requirement, and it ships under your brand; private label means the product is built to your brand and your requirements, not a catalogue item with your logo applied to it. In every case the engineering, testing and QC are ours, and manufacturing runs through established manufacturing partners in China.
Can you help develop a PCB?
Yes — our product development team designs it: schematic, layout and component selection, through to a manufacturing handoff.
Can you analyze an existing electronic product or PCB?
For products you own or are authorized to work on, we can help analyze and document existing designs.
Can you redesign an existing PCB or product?
Yes — lawful redesign work (product redesign, cost reduction, component substitution, functional improvement) on your own or authorized products.
Is my design safe if I send it?
Your product idea, design and concept remain yours — we don’t claim ownership of them, and your design files, BOM and documentation stay yours. We treat your project materials as confidential and share them only with the partners who need them to quote or build your project.
