You have a PCB design. We coordinate the complete PCBA manufacturing process for you — so you don't manage a PCB maker, a component supplier, an assembly line and a test house separately. Using China's mature electronics supply chain, we run the chain end to end: PCB fabrication, electronic components, SMT assembly and through-hole soldering, together with the manufacturing-line testing and production QC that go with them — with the manufacturing itself executed by partners we select for your project. Functional testing, final testing, aging and final QC stay with our own team, as do final assembly, packaging and delivery, and you keep one accountable point of contact throughout.

It is the manufacturing half of the same flow we run for development projects — the only difference is where you start: with a design, rather than with an idea.

• We source components — handle availability, lead-time and substitution questions against your BOM.
• We manage quality & schedule — agreed quality checks and clear milestones, reported in English.
• You can see it moving — regular project status updates from your first files, on a schedule we agree with you: files reviewed, parts sourced or flagged for your call, boards fabricated, assembly done, tests passed, QC passed, ready to ship. You approve before production and before shipment.

• Do you run your own assembly line?

  Manufacturing is carried out through established manufacturing partners in China, while our team manages the engineering and the project execution. That’s what lets us match your board and quantity to the partner that suits them, and stay accountable to you.

• What’s the difference between PCBA and Product Development?

  PCBA: you already have a design — we coordinate its manufacturing. Product Development: you have a need or an idea — we develop the electronics product and manage the manufacturing needed to bring it into production (see product development).

• What’s the minimum quantity?

  It depends on the board and the manufacturing partner. For genuine prototypes we coordinate small quantities; send your files and we'll tell you what's realistic.

• How fast can I get a quote?

  We aim to review files and respond quickly. Complexity and component availability affect timing — send what you have and we'll set expectations.

• How much does PCB assembly cost in China?

  Cost depends on board size, layers, quantity and the components in your BOM. Send us your Gerber and BOM and we'll come back with a realistic quote for the right manufacturing partner for your job — prototype or production.

• What files do I need for a PCBA quotation?

  Ideally Gerber/PCB files, a BOM and assembly notes. Don't have all of them? Share what you have — schematics, a board to analyze, even product photos — and we'll advise on the rest.

• Can you handle small-batch PCBA?

  Yes. Prototype and small-batch runs are where an accountable project partner earns their keep — we coordinate the manufacturing partner that suits your quantity.

• Can you source electronic components?

  Yes — we source components in China as part of the manufacturing we coordinate, including availability and substitution checks against your BOM.

• Do you offer OEM and private label electronics assembly?

  Yes. If you have the design and want the finished electronics assembly produced under your own brand, that is an OEM project: we review your files, and PCB fabrication, components, SMT and through-hole assembly and the manufacturing-line testing that goes with them run through established manufacturing partners in China — with final assembly, final testing and final QC by our own team. Private label works the same way — the product is built to your brand and your requirements, not a catalogue item with your label on it.
