“Assembled” isn’t the same as “working.” Quality control is where an accountable project partner earns its keep — we agree on what gets checked before production, coordinate the tests with the manufacturing partner, and report results honestly in English. If boards fail, you hear it from us straight, with evidence and a next step.

A coordinated project means the results come back to you with the evidence — what passed, what failed and why — and nothing ships without your go-ahead.

Typical QC points we can coordinate

• Incoming component checks
• Automated optical inspection (AOI) after assembly
• In-circuit or functional testing per your test spec
• Visual and workmanship checks
• Outgoing quality checks before shipment

What we need from you

A test spec or expectations if you have them (fixture, firmware, pass/fail criteria). If you don’t, we’ll advise on a sensible level for your stage.

• Can you run tests defined by my firmware/software?

  Functional testing often needs your input on what “working” means. We’ll coordinate what’s feasible at the factory and be clear about the rest.

• What if boards fail testing?

  We don’t ship and hope. If boards fail, we surface it with evidence of what failed and why, then work out the next step with the manufacturing partner.
