   A short message is enough: what you’re building, where you are (idea / design / prototype / existing product), and what you want to happen next.

2. Send what you have

   Whatever exists: Gerber/PCB files, BOM, schematic, product photos, a sample — or nothing but a description. Don’t have everything? Send what you have — we’ll tell you what’s missing.

3. We review & come back with next steps

   We review your project and reply with an honest read and a clear next step — a quote, a clarification, or a suggestion of what to do first. No obligation.

Before you send anything

Sending files — or just an idea — shouldn’t feel like a leap. Here’s how your material is handled:

• Your files stay yours.Your designs, BOMs, documents and project materials remain yours throughout — before, during and after the project.
• Shared only where it’s needed.Relevant files go only to the parties who need them to quote or build your project.
• You stay in control.We coordinate the work; you approve the key steps — the quote, engineering direction, design changes, prototype, production and shipment.
• You’ll see it move.Once a project is running, you get a short project status update each working day: what’s done, what’s in progress, what’s waiting and why, and what’s next — even when nothing physical moved that day.

What helps, if you have it

Don't have everything? Send what you have — we'll tell you what's missing.

• BOM (with part numbers if you have them)
• Schematic or netlist
• Target quantity

• Any special requirements — specs, environment, target market, certifications your product needs
