• What's the difference between this and your PCBA service?

  PCBA assumes a design already exists and needs manufacturing. Custom development starts earlier — shaping the product from your requirements before it's built.

• How do I know my requirements are realistic?

  We'll tell you early if something is costly, risky or unnecessary. Better to hear it in scoping than at the factory.

• Do you build OEM, ODM and private label products?

  Yes — the difference is what you bring. Bring a design or a specification and the product is built to it under your brand; bring a requirement and no design, and our product development team develops the product before it ships under your brand. Private label works the same way: built to your brand and your requirements, not a catalogue product with your label on it. Either way the engineering, testing and QC are ours; manufacturing runs through established manufacturing partners in China.

• Does private label mean we can put our logo on something you already make?

  No — that is not how we work, and we keep no catalogue of finished products to rebrand. With us the product is built to your brand and your requirements, developed for you rather than taken off a shelf. Bring your requirement, or your design, and we take it from there.
